hey guys, im sorry, i have been busy, and just havent had the time to come up with some recipes for you guys.............i really dont use recipes, my recipes usually are just a list of ingredients, and then i just put them together....kinda in my head thing, and i just do.......hard to explain i guess......most of the time, when im trying something new, i will just do it, andwrite it down afterwards, so its not always easy for me to come up with"actual recipes".......

plus ive just got alot going on in my life right now, and i try and moderate here and post when i can, but i just havent had the time to post up a bunch of recipes, but i will try very soon.............

if anyone has anything they are looking for or ideas they want, feel free to start a post for something specific and i will tell you how i make it...............

with the holidays coming up, i will try and put up some different things you could do with turkey and or ham, and some different sides and things like that, like bourbon sweet mashed potatoes, or orange tequila glaze for ham.........ill do my best to get these things up when i can........i hope you guys understand......

I'm always looking for good ideas when it comes to cooking. When I'm in the kitchen it looks like a monkey &%^$%^&&* a football. No joke. My wife has escorted me out numerous times.

You and me both!!!

I make a mean Lasagna but that is the extent of my cooking!!! And I also make a mean White cake with Sweetened milk, Heavy Whipping cream with powdered sugar covered in Coconut!!! But the wife leaves when I do cook and says it better be in as good of shape as it was when she returns.

When we had this house built it has a professional kitchen in it, it is 20' x 24' with all Viking appliances!

My wife alerts the local fire department when I decide to cook. Your kitchen sounds very nice. I don't know alot about cooking, but I do know that Viking makes some of the best appliances on the market. I guess you could call them the Rolex or Bretiling of appliances. Mine are comparable to a Timex Ha Ha LOL!!
