Hey everyone I’m new here. Just wanted to provide any information on The Swatch Group, US if anyone has a broken Hami they have been putting off getting fixed. I took my watch with a completely shattered crystal to multiple authorized and professional watch service people who were not confident to set this big domed b$#% of a crystal. Swatch group took some time with my watch but they did it right all factory spec. A full service and new crystal ran me $400. I live on east coast USA so my watch went to New Jersey center to get worked on. Make sure you check for correct regional facility for your state. Glad to have my daily back on the wrist, cheers!

Wow, well thanks so much for the thinking of everyone like this HamiOn !!! 😀
A lot of people including myself often wonder where is the right place to
go for issues with our watches.😉And often times the best option is to go
right to the source right?! And in this case Swatch seems to have done a
really terrific job taking care of you and making this stunner look as if was
just picked up today. ✨

Thank you once again, and welcome aboard too ! (y) Enjoy the Hammy !

$400 FOR A CRYSTAL? I'D HAVE PASSED AND PURCHASED ANOTHER WATCH.
CAPS INTENTIONAL!

Actually that's how I got my Hammy - its predecessor (Boldr Expedition) got wet, destroyed. Estimate was $400 to repair.

I would have considered it - had it been an AR coated sapphire crystal. Most likely not, but maybe.
And then there's the consideration of Watch Anxiety; being separated from it vs. new in several days.

No 154 for the crystal and for it to be set, which is same thing a small watch shop told me. They fully serviced my watch including movement

A new hami is 600 with no warranty. You want the new silver dial 900 from hami direct. I spent $200 less than a new watch with no warranty. I
Happy :)

Yes Roarry, (so gather up your A) I"m only pulling legs here.
And Hami, I'm not questioning your integrity, just stating an alternate route that I would have chosen.

Now post some pics.
