Here is what I know

She Blackened Qty (4) Boneless Skinless Chicken breast
The she Caramelized a large Onion, then Added some White whine, some Sliced Mushrooms, Chopped fresh Garlic and Some Crushed Chili peppers. She made a Alfredo type of sauce out of this. She then Added Sundried tomato's and the cubed Blackened. She let this simmer for about 30 minutes and added some fresh Parmesan Cheese, and some Asiago (Sp) Cheese and then served over Bowtie Pasta.

All I can say is Holy $hite!!!

WOW!!!
