I had an issue with my G. Gerlach Sokol 1000 (which I had fallen in love with). This could have been the result of my own user-error, e.g. over-winding. I made contact with Sklep, Michal and the team, shipped the piece to Poland (my expense), and within just over a week, it was returned to me (shipped at their expense) fully repaired, no questions asked. Happy Camper.

Thanks! It's easy to vent one's dissatisfaction but it seems much harder to give a compliment. I'm very pleased with my own Gerlach watch, high level of finish considering the price.
