I sent my daughters Fossil out for warranty repair on 11/9/09 and I got it back today (12/2/09) repaired. They replaced the case and charged me $18.50 + S&H for a total of $27.00. The turnaround was excellent but I figured the case should have been covered under warranty. Well my daughter is happy so I guess it is worth the $27 bucks.
