Not sure if everyone had time to see the Doxa Sub 300T Clive Cussler.

The watch honors the maritime explorer, author, National Underwater
and Marine Agency founder, and more with a really cool new SUB 300T.
Which has details like a 42.5mm case, neat bezel, and hand-ground
decorated dial, BOR bracelet, Sellita SW200 automatic and more.

The Doxa SUB 300T Clive Cussler delivers a dial fit for a pirate - Time and Tide Watches

I’m not sure about the dial just yet, but that aged finish on the case is perfecto

Love Doxa. Have one, a 1200T pro. I do however prefer to add my own patina.

(y) It does almost look used if I am being honest or like a VosDoxa
as Hector is saying right guys?! 😄 But it IS cool knowing that it actually
is a new watch AND pays tribute to such a cool person as well.

I give it and you guys (y)(y) just for sharing your thoughts. Thanks a lot
for joining in on the conversation everyone !!!

I really like that Doxa just like most of what Doxa has to offer, but Doxa watches in my opinion are not a daily wearer but a watch that I would wear when I am at the beach, lake, or pool. The other thing about Doxa is that I do like beads or rice bracelet but Doxa being a top brand should be more like Oris and develop their own unique bracelet

That’s a really neat point about Doxa watch’s not necessarily being
daily wear type watches Bob. :) They do seem like really dynamic
watches which are the opposite of understated. And this one here
is a special edition too, so wearing it every day would be tough too. 😉
Although I wouldn’t mind giving it a try. 😄

Oh and yes, that’s a terrific idea with the bracelet. I wouldn’t mind
seeing a cool Doxa bracelet added to the BOR option at all.

Can’t thank you enough for joining in on the fun Bob !!!

I find this model interesting, but not anything I would pick up for my collection.
I am with you sir, although if it was under $500 I would get one
tomorrow to tell the truth.(y) Oh well we can dream I guess.😉

Thanks a bunch for giving your two cents alund !!!

Yeah, the faux distress is kind of like buying already ripped jeans.

😁😄

Oh man, the ripped jeans thing is right on actually and so funny. 😊
Plus it's one of the things that somehow makes both jeans as well
as watches more expensive right?! ..It's kind of fascinating, or at
least interesting if you ask me. Because they are giving you the
feel of being used, yet it's new. 🙂

I really appreciate you having fun with this and enjoying yourselves

He's the owner of a pretty popular watch store with a huge online presence. I can't get it out of my head that he says "fictitional" more than once instead of fictional. It can be fictitious or even fictive. But not fictitional. Uggh. Scratching my head because I can't unhear it.
