My wife always asks me what I payed for every watch that arrives. I'm wondering if anybody in here has every fudged the truth at all when telling them the actual cost of the watch. I know I will occasionally exclude the price of shipping/handling/tax etc. just to keep the lashes down to a minimum.

After I bought my wife her Rolex DateJust, she never asked me again how much I paid for a watch!

We're now divorced and her lawyer made sure that she knew how much each timepiece was worth (she got half)!

So, I stay single!

My wife and I have an understanding....she gets the stuff that she wants....$200 for a hair appointment, $40 for a foot massage and doing her toe nails...she does her own fingernails though....and I get nothing!!! LOL

No...just kidding... I use my money from sub teaching for my watches and other collectibles.

Nope never did...My wife handles all the bills so she see's whats going on at all times...Sux to try and buy her Gifts because she is always checking our accounts for fraud and what not...
