update....have sent in pictures of the watch twice to cronos each time they have said they havent gotten them. still hoping for their warranty to be honored.

still watting to hear from cronos about solving the fallen off bezel, last time they emailed they wanted me to pay shipping on a new bezel part that i could install myself. A new watch with a teo yeart warranty, I shouldnt have to pay anything.

That's ridiculous.....I agree you shouldn't have to pay anything. I won't be purchasing a watch from them.
