I'm Derek and I just started posting today. I'm definately a watch guy. I don't leave home without one, and it's not usually the same one either. I look at watches as a grown up thing, and not a toy, unlike other things you see people on constantly. It's not like electronic medication like some other things are. You can even act like a realperson while wearing one, like people have for about 100years.I have watches for going out and watches for workouts and sometimes those watches will overlap. I try never to be pretentious. Also I don't have any hugely expensive ones. I've never spent more than $300 on one. Most, quite some less.
I wanted to point out that the clock for Sydney, on the MAIN PAGE herethat is, appears to be reading as if for DST(their DST). But for both Sydney and Brisbane they are on standard time (their standard time, EST) now. They reverse from us.
You can verify that here. This site gives a pretty good layout with regards to all time zones in the world. Just like with any computer time, there are going to be times when it's off due to the info stream. I prefer to set therefore with either the telephone call time or radio clocks. However it's on most of the time and is good for checking the right hour whereever.
