Just had another good experience tonight that I wanted to share with everyone. As many of you know I have talked up the direct interaction that George Fox provides with NFW showing superior customer service and personal responses to inquiries. Well the same can be said of Stan Betesh of Deep Blue. I had some questions this evening about the Sea Diver and without going into specifics he responded personally to my inquiries within a matter of an hour or so. I believe this type of interaction with the consumer will put companies like Deep Blue and NFW a step ahead of the rest. This means a lot to me as a new gatherer of watches. Just my observations.
