Deep Blue

Just had another good experience tonight that I wanted to share with everyone. As many of you know I have talked up the direct interaction that George Fox provides with NFW showing superior customer service and personal responses to inquiries. Well the same can be said of Stan Betesh of Deep Blue. I had some questions this evening about the Sea Diver and without going into specifics he responded personally to my inquiries within a matter of an hour or so. I believe this type of interaction with the consumer will put companies like Deep Blue and NFW a step ahead of the rest. This means a lot to me as a new gatherer of watches. Just my observations. Thanks for reading.

Only went with the Sea Diver. Just as an FYI Stan indicated that the Sapphire crystal on the Sea Diver is 3mm think and that they are looking into the warranty in regards to only offering 1 year while other companies are offering two or more. I don't believe these specs received a bunch of talk on the shop and not sure the site even mentions a lot about these two areas either. I am going to now strongly consider an orange dial at some point in some version as I agree with you James the orange is nice. Have to try to wait till next year for new purchases.

It's great to hear about CEO's and owners being so accessible. That goes a long way with potentials customers becoming actual customers.

does deep blue make mech. or auto, movements?
imported post

Yes the Sea Diver and the Master Ocean Diver are automatics. Sea Diver is sold out right now but the Master Ocean is still available. The rest are quartz movements I believe. You can go to the website in the initial post to read up on them. Appears to be a solid watch and the owner also appears to be hands on big time.

Anytime. Really excited about this brand.....feels similar to the way I feel about NFW.
