The size is decent on the C but how does something like that clasp get out of the shop....I guess it happens every day. Do you like it enough to keep it is the question? Is it worth $140? Thanks for the pics and description.

Its not broken - your jeweler can fix this easy - if you want to keep it -its a simple fix

this is stupid that it came like that

and IN THIS CASE - it may very well have been caused by the packaging problem you mention -

is the little pin in the box??

My green vortex came with a pin out and it wasent in the box when I lifted it out 3 more pins came out. I talked to Ron Nolan at Croton and he told me to send it to him and it would be fixed they have now had it since 11-9

James apparantly you are not the only one with issues from what I have been reading today. At least one other strange issue posted.....I don't know if I could purchase Croton. Shaky QC if you read the other post I have seen.

Might be the shop more than Croton......of course.

NOW THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT'S FINEST. I wish other companies were like this.

I just called Croton and spoke to Iris who answered the phone. My call was answered immediately and without any hold time.

I spoke to Iris for about 10 seconds and she offered to send me an entire new clasp for the watch. Just like that. She asked for my address and said she would send it out. Incredible. Proactive friendly and fast customer service. Immediate response and solution offered.

I told her I would call her back tomorrow during business hours after my wife and I have looked at the watch together.

BIG positive experience with Croton Customer Service so far.

This is why David M is so loved by his customers - i have heard he is EXTREMELY CS oriented

this is a REAL watch company with generations of ownership behind it - he has to uphold his companies reputation and DOES.

that plain and simple

James my friend i am very happy you got to call CROTON CS and got such a great expereince from it!!

DAMNNNNNNNNNNNNNN - THAT IS THE SECOND THING WRONG WITH MY CROTON SUPER C - I DID NOT GET THE SPECIAL BOX they kept talking about all show EITHER!!!

This just keeps getting better and better.....

Like I commented elsewhere, it really sucks to receive a broken watch. Good luck in your decision making on whether to keep it.

EDIT: apparently I missed this whole page and commented the way I did.

I'm glad you got through to CS and that they will take care of you! Ask them to send you a box! :)

Yeah James -if you decide to keep it -when you call Iris back from Croton CS -ask for the box that SHOPNBC messed up on!!

i've seen this box -its really nice!!
