View attachment 68625 View attachment 68633 First impressions are good for the price point.
The band, I am used to a more heavy duty bands on my divers namely the Zilla but this piece in no where near as big and heavy so I suppose it's not needed.
The band is blue in colour so it superbly matches the face and bezel, and I have to say instantly supple and very comfortable out of the box. Unusually thought the strap does not have any Citizen branding on it.
Also IMHO it could have done without the ND Limits printed on the strap, but it is not too bold or brash but better without.
Screw down crown & date at the 4 position which I like and it differs from my other 3 Citizen Divers.
I have just registered it with Citizen and got an extra years guarantee, taking it to a 6 year guarantee which is outstanding.

All in all very impressed it was just bought as a daily beater as I no longer work in an office. My job is now more manual so I don't want to risk possible damage to my more valuable and in some cases a lot rarer Eco-drives.

Thanks for reading and enjoy the rest of your weekend.

Somebody here LOVES Citizen (and with plenty of good reasons). Have you ever gone to one of their warehouse sales? I know they have a biggie in November (lasts 3 days) at the LA/Torrance location.
Hi Mesh Guy, unfortunately not I live in the UK and never heard of anything like that over here.
Brilliant I would be on it like a car bonnet, if we had a Citizen warehouse sales over here.

Oh nice DD ! Terriifc get here !!! :clapping-hands-abov These are real lookers, and that's just from seeing your excellent pictures here. ..The blue is so unique, and almost seems to be like a slate blue. Wow ! Awesome ! Can't get enough of the 3D markers, along with phenomenal hands on this watch either. ..Oh, and the bezel rocks too ! Man oh man, very cool watch ! Hope you really enjoy, and have a great weekend also. Congratulations to you !

Many thanks, it was the face of the watch that really drew my attention especially the hands and markers. Citizen do the orange minute hand on a lot of divers, it really is a nice touch.
Can't stop looking at it.
The thing I like the most is that it plays homage to the old Citizen automatic divers, but with the accuracy of an Eco-Drive.
Have a good Sunday peeps.

View attachment 68705 Not my photo but it looks very much like the Eco I have just purchased.
It was the automatics I looked at first as I have never owned one, don't think an automatic is for me though. I like my timepieces to be bang on almost to the second.
This is easily achievable with Eco's, I sinc them with my atomic Skyhawk. With an automatic I would be adjusting it daily, something I don't want to do.
