I have this watch and I think it is a beauty. It's the standard Eco Drive and it's set every night by the atomic clock.

Citizen watches were described as "department store" watches, elsewhere.

I really wish people wouldn't do that.

This was kind of offensive, as I consider them to be fine timepieces.

They have always been innovative and on top of their game.

I find nothing about them "department store" like.

You never find these discounted, heavily, at TJ Maxx.

This piece is a fine example andtheir high end stuff is exquisite.

Just sayin'

I agree with the toecutter - I have always loved my Citizen watches - I have owned several of them going back 20 years. I use my current AT versions to set all of my other watches, Invicta included. Since the AT versions are adjusted every night they are the most accurate. Everyone has an opinion and mine is I think Citizen is a first class watch

I sure like this model compared to my Sky Hawk model. Looks like I will be getting a new Citizen in the very near future. Thanks for the Post.

Citizen watches to me are jewelry store watches. That is the only place I see them - at well known jewelry stores, right next to a lot of other higher end brands.

Personally many of the Citizen Eco Drive models are among my favorites.

Looking at the video review of this watch - it appears that only model BY0003-07E comes with the very cool black wooden presentation box. This is the two tone model with the leather strap. I'm disappointed and confused as to why Citizen would put out only this model with the new box - my two tone model with steel bracelet came in the standard Citizen round tube box. On well - what are you going to do !! I still love the watch but this is the first time I've been disappointed with Citizen !!
