i go with the ball for 2 reasons

1 -automatic
2 -i like the look better

i never understood the obscession with TAG especially a quartz -sorry my money comes to hard to waste on a name only type brand

i would prefer to spend it on an OMEGA IMHO

Have seen the TAG in person and it doesn't impress me much. Nice watch but not on the same level as the Ball imo. I am also partial to the auto with the Ball. Lume on the Ball will be superior. I believe the Ball is more unique. TAG not worth the price....again just some of my basic thoughts.

Ithink both are to small. but if i had to make a choice.......... The Ball by a mile BABY !!!!!!!!!!

Hi Marc, both timepieces are high quality and have a good look to them. My choice is the Ball watch! It is a very easy to read, big numbers and big hands with glowing tubes. The perpetual calender and the chronograph of the Tag are nice features but the easy to read Ball is more apealing to me. Just my opinion. ....Bob

the Ball by a country mile for me.

1) better looking watch
2) better overall everything else inside it.

JMHO

Neither too small!!!

Simple answer . . . BALL!

Process . . .

I despise TAG . . . until they started developing their own in-house movements. I actually like the Caliber 'S' movement a lot.

Still, it doesn't surpass the auto in the Ball for my money. :)

However, I would hesitate on each due to their 41mm and 42mm respective case sizes . . . I said h e s i t a t e. :)

I voted for the Tag. kind of a kinetic hybred movement.

also its needs help. The ball is winning.:lol

. . . Ball, regardless of cost difference.

If we do this again, I'll choose two of the biggest watches out there just for you.

For me Ball all the way, since any Ball would be a grail for me.

I want the Ball. BIG TIME. I wish it was 47mm, though, LOL

I have yet to see a Tag that "does it" for me. Congrats if you have and love a TAG, but I just don't get 'em...

How do you argue with this;

I'll try to set it up tonight. I need to identify two enormous watches to choose from to please this group.:wf

First, keep the rounds coming, this is alot of fun!

I would DEFINATELY go with the Ball over the Tag any day of the week and three times on Sunday. I am not a real big fan of Tags. Their designs are stale and I think they are way over priced for what you get. Ball on the other hand, is a FANTASTIC watch! It is built like a tank, has a beautiful design and the company has some serious history behind it.

So in this case, I'd go with the Ball!
