Hi,
There's a trader on Chrono24 that appears to me to be following some odd sales methods so I wanted to flag it. On Chrono24 they trade as BS Trading and send emails from bestswisswatches.com - a domain owned by Isy Mazloum, who seems to have featured in complaints about other watch websites in the past. I discovered some of the watches they have on sale are using images taken from other legitimate sellers, which makes me wonder if they actually have any of the watches they claim to have. That, plus the history around Mr Mazloum, plus the way they trade (no personal callers, discounts for bank transfers) makes me think they may be up to no good - so be careful if dealing with them and make sure you're happy before sending them any money.

Thanks for the advise. I never bought off of Chrono 24 but have heard of some complaints similar to yours. Seems as though Chrono doesn't care who sells through them lately, from what I've read, at least.

BS Trading

Hello. I have been in recent contact with this company in regards to an Alpina. The contact person is Mr. Roger Dubois. Anyway, I was given a price, and a price with a 3% discount for bank transfer. Not feeling entirely comfortable with the "feel" of things, I advised I would be in touch after the first of the year (this was right before Christmas). I arrived at work the other day to find a parcel on my desk. Not expecting anything, I opened the airbill and it was a watch from BS Trading. Keep in mind I never actually ordered the watch I was interested in, nor did I send ANY payment. I emailed them and was told it was their mistake, they thought I had already paid for it. I advised that I was not accepting it and it was to be shipped back. In my email I also alluded to the research I had done in regards to BS Trading and wanted some feedback to my questions. None was given, just please "send back our watch". The whole thing is just a bit strange. I am tempted to open the box to see what exactly is in there, that is a real Alpina. To be fair, the price quoted was unbeatable, even for grey market; do I take a chance or just send it back?

Okay, since these are for watches for sale OUTSIDE of watchfreeks and nothing has actually HAPPENED yet with this seller...I am closing this thread.

BTW - welcome to WatchFreeks, I hope you stick around and contribute.
