I was really disappointed; no great deals,,,way tooo much time spent on lupah sets and multi=color diver set......Wish I had bought the $176 Subaqua they had a few of yesterday;;that was the best deal of the week....Skelton really did not come thru with all his hype tonight.......and not impressed with the special Invicta Sunday Run either; just another GMT,,,posing as a subaqua...:%

Well you obviously didnt see the sub $200.00 Auto Bolt then!!! Was the show big like an event.....I think not, was there some good stuff to be had for the Novice collector why yes there was. Not every show is going to be for you, just like not every show is for me.

There should have been SOMETHING that was for my kind of collector;;;glad I have World of Watches,ewatches and others to fall back on for good deals........:madd

The first hour the Auto Bolt was $194.00!!! As far as WOW.Ewatches and the others goes thats what they are their to do is sell watches so go get something.

There should have been SOMETHING that was for my kind of collector;;;glad I have World of Watches,ewatches and others to fall back on for good deals........:madd

I didn't even know there was a show on tonight. I guess I just don't pay attention anymore. There have been lots of great deals all over the web the past week. If you like Accutron lots of people scored some sweet deals. I love Accutron and I didn't score any good deals. I missed all of them. Argh!! Oh well.

I dunno, I'm just Invicta'd out right now.

I don't mean it in a bad way and I'm not complaining. (heck, I just ordered one but not from the shop)

It's just that they've been on so much lately I can't tell one from the other.

I start to watch the shows and the next thing I know I glaze over and doze off.

Just hasn't been anything to get excited about. Although I kinda liked the two Excursions on rubber.

I guess when the newer stuff comes out there might be some things to perk up my interest.

the way InvictaShark/ChronoShark is premiering new models almost daily now, there is obviously a lot of new stuff coming.

I am going to bottom feel and scoop up the models I really wanted for dirt cheap from the people selling.

I thought it was a pretty good show. I Picked up a nice Venom for a great price!

I am new here, does dctex99 always express his personal displeasure to people who do not like negitivity thrust upon them???

Here comes the "it's just my opinion" What ever happened to consideration for what others may like.

Maybe I joined the wrong forum, I see a lot of good posts on here, by what seems like some good people. Then I see some down right negitivity that amounts to absolutely ZERO in watch talk, just downright nasty negitive opinions!

Funny what showing an item on the tube can do. I saw that the Gray Sea Spider sold out at the same price it's been at for weeks (bought mine for this price a few weeks back).
Exposure, it's a beautiful thing to a marketing guy like me.

First off welcome to Watch Freeks RedDog

I saw the Venom deal. Was pretty good one, but I had already spent money on 3 other watches this past week (including my second Invicta SAS) and was tapped.

To address the rest of your post - this is not the shopnbc, Invicta, or any other specific name brand forum. We are a forum that discusses ALL BRANDS and opinions. Some are positive and some are on the other side of the issues.

One watch you like, someone else might not. What we don't allow is outright bashing of any brand or other forums. So if you can handle adult discussions where people may have differing opinions then you will love this forum like the other 300+ members do.

Welcome again. I am looking forward to reading your posts in the future.

When they spend 20 minutes of every hour selling a watch especially made for the "clearance", that is not considered a clearance by most people. And, for example, they had the old CordubaIbiza on clearance for $213.00; I bought mine on SHOP 8 months ago for $193; it has been on a sale a day site for $99,,,,that is NOT a clearance price in anyones mind!

And I will add,,I don't think we want a watch site that just tells each other how good a watch looks on their wrist like some sites do....opinions and facts are all a part of a forum....

We have some pretty wild dicussions here with varied opinions.

It's not as sanitized as some sites and many opinions are both agreed with and challenged.

But, so far. things have been very civil. The mods keep a pretty good handle on things.

Yes, we do discuss many, many watch brands here. From cheapies to very expensive, desireable time pieces. It's all good.

So come on, wade in with your thoughts and opinions. We really do appreciate what everyone has to say. It's just that many times they are called upon to defend it.

No biggie. How else do you learn anything. Who knows, sometimes opinions are changed here, too.
