I like the watch WAYYYYYYYYYY MORE when that top cover piece is NOT ON the watch. The dial is awesome without that top cover down. I would remove that weird piece of "armor"

I agree, this is one of the finest pieces Bell & Ross will produce. The dial is simply stunning and they go and spoil it by covering it up. Beauty like that should not be hidden. It does however look as though you could remove the cover.

I actually like the cover. Appears as though they are mixing some old school pocket watch designs with this one. I like the important parts of the dual that are still viewable with the top closed. All that being said, this is just hyperbole for me, since this is just to rich for my blood. Beautiful watch though.
