Certified Watch Store (CWS) has lost my watch (order no. 86961 3/27/14) I sent for warranty issues. I have had the Rado watch for about 2 years and had multiple defect issues. This would have been the 4th repair attempt. They claim they have not received my watch and have moved. I mailed the watch to their last address from April 2015 RMA under which repair attempt was made. I am not sure how often they move or what kind of business operation they have. I have sent a notice to Amazon to discontinue their business relations with CWS. I feel they are fishy, unethical, and have poor record keeping, and of course one of the worst customer service experiences. I would not buy any product from them regardless of how cheap it is and I hope future customers are careful in their investment on this store.

I have no dog in this fight and have never even contemplated purchasing anything from "Certified Watch Store", but they do have a B+ rating from the Better Business Bureau.

Also it is kind of strange that your one and only post on this forum is this?

Shouldn't you check where there service center is prior to mailing the watch? How is it their fault if they moved after your previous watches were serviced?

Did you ship the watch with tracking and insurance that shows it was delivered?

It's obvious this dude is a shill against this company a Troll, or both.

One post, then vanishes, the mods should erase his post and account.;

I've been buying watches online from various companies for years. I've never had one serious issue. And the few (minor ones) that I have had were taken care of to my satisfaction. It would have to be a very, very serious problem for me to go on a forum and trash any established company, there are so many other ways to get a resolution. :)
