Best if made a day in advance to let the flavors meld.
Large mixing bowl (very large is best)
1lb Mozzarella
1 stick pepperoni
1/2 lb Kosher salami (whole)
Dice all three and place in bowl.
1 can garbanzo beans drained
1 can black olives drained
1 jar green salad olives drained
1 jar pepper rings or pepperocini drained (adjust heat to suit the crowd)
(other olives can be used if you have a favorite)
Add to bowl.
1 small jar roasted peppers (sliced in strips)
1 small (or half) red onion medium dice
2 cans artichoke hearts cut into 1/8 pieces
Optional: marinated mushrooms
Add to bowl
Sprinkle with olive oil and add a palm full of Italian seasoning
Mix well and refrigerate overnight. Seal tightly. Stir before serving.
