And the Great COVID news keep coming in!

Notice how the "Woke Stooge" author wrote the sub-title that Arizona has the worst COVID rates in the country, yet there were no new deaths and hospitalizations are going down.

The Panic Peddlers are doubling down!

I think she meant to say the "Best" because nowhere in the article does it say anything like "Arizona has the worst COVID rates in the country" because that certainly isn't true, far from it???

I think it was just a mistake? ;)
Agreed.....44th is far from “the worst”......even though I also failed to see where “worst” was claimed

Here’s what it says....word for word

Arizona's seven-day case rate per 100,000 people ranked 44th Sunday among all states and territories, after ranking first and second for much of January, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's COVID Data Tracker

It's under the main link in the smaller print, I think they just tagged it wrong...

Great Covid news for me! I'm going to get the two-dose pfizer vaccine on April 9th and 30th! :D(y)

Now maybe my 82-year-old mother will stop worrying herself crazy about when I can get vaccinated...:giggle:

Getting my first shot tomorrow. I've been eligible for a couple of weeks but it has been quite far out of the way. Now an 8 mile drive. :)
I got mine down to 11 miles and I'm being driven there by someone fully vaccinated, sometimes I get a little light-headed getting a shot because I hate needles which is crazy because I can rip my hand open working on a car or gash my leg dirtbike riding with blood everywhere and I'll just throw something like a paper towel on it and ducktape it and I don't miss a beat! :)

Which vaccine are you getting?
Moderna and Pfizer are each used where I'm going and I'm not sure which I'll receive until I'm there. No J&J offered.
Both of those are the most effective with the Pfizer just slightly below the Moderna. (y)
Thanks for what you do saving lives! :D(y)

What's it like being a firefighter where you are? I know firefighters have to keep in great shape, I see the local firefighters in the grocery where I shop, and I thanks them every time I see them! My 82-year-old mother breaks into tears thanking them for what you do!

Well, that was before Covid and since then she has mostly stayed at home for over a year by choice...

At 82 better save than sorry! ;)
Oh, Michigan, sorry to see your new daily case count has shot back up to as high as it was in Dec 2020 and deaths are starting to go back up as well! that's not good... :(

In fact, it really looks horrible there!

Apparently, enough wasn't enough, I hope you can turn that around!
See less See more
I did not see it say Arizona was the worst in the country, it said that depending on what happens the virus can increase in Arizona. Rght now the biggest increases are in NY, NJ, FLA, Penn and Michigan
You need to read the sentence under the title of the OP's link to see it, that seems to be the only place it appears...
Got my first Pfizer vaccine shot about an hour ago and the next one is on the 30th! (y)

Oh wow that is terrific news sir ! :)🏆🥇(y)(y)

Keep us updated on how you are doing over the next
couple of days if you can, or want. ;) Hopefully it is
piece of cake for you. ..So glad you got it Steve.

Thanks very very much for the report !!!
Sure thing, right now I don't feel a thing! (y)
Right now my shoulder muscle is sore like I have a bruise right where I got the shot but of course, that is to be expected after getting a one-inch needle jabbed into the muscle! :giggle:

The nurse that gave me the shot warned me that people with larger muscles will feel more pain in the area where the shot was given. ;)

And of course, that's nothing next to the thought of being hospitalized and getting a ventilator tube shoved down my throat for a week or more...
Well it did kick in some, a little achy, and I slept about 12 hours in the last 15 hours, about to take a nap, but I feel fine other than that! ;)
Even though you aren’t feeling so great really Steve, it all
actually sounds normal from everything have heard. (y)
So it’s all good news honestly, even though it doesn’t fell
like it right now. 😉

Very good honestly. Thanks a bunch for the report !!!
Oh, I feel great, just tired from making all those antibodies! ;) (y)
Well keep it up sir. :) Sounds like you made it through the worst
part with flying colors actually. Then you have to just get that second
one in a few weeks right?! (y)
Yep, I understand the second shot can take a bigger toll on the body as it really ramps up the antibody production to much higher levels... ;)
