I did not see it say Arizona was the worst in the country, it said that depending on what happens the virus can increase in Arizona. Rght now the biggest increases are in NY, NJ, FLA, Penn and MichiganI think she meant to say the "Best" because nowhere in the article does it say anything like "Arizona has the worst COVID rates in the country" because that certainly isn't true, far from it???
