My Initial scepticism about my first chrono acquisition has turned into a pleasing experience.
Adriatica? Who on earth are they? Appears that this Swiss watchmaker, based near the Italian border, have been making their own watches for the last 80+ years and the build quality appears solid - certainly in this particular model which arrived in a nice rosewood box.
Watch stats
* Chronograph date 45mm - WR 100m
* Ronda 5040B (found in TAG F1 chrono's)
* Sapphire crystal
* Rubber strap
* 2 year guarantee
Best of all, it all came in at just under US$100 - how bad can that be?
