A+ to NFW

I just wanted to put a little something out there about NFW. As some of you may know I just purchased the watch below yesterday from NFW. I contacted George Fox the president of NFW directly and he interacted with me throughout the entire process and answered all my questions via email and over phone in a very efficient and prompt manner. I think it is a testament to the type of company you are dealing with when the president of that company takes time out of their what I am sure busy schedule to speak with and assist the customer. George assured me that when I purchased the watch that it would ship today and via email this evening I was informed by George personally that it did indeed ship and that I should expect it by Thursday or Friday. They may have won my future business based on the above excellent customer service alone. I am sure the watch will be far superior to my expectations. If you haven't tried them yet you should. I just wanted to share my experience. Can't imagine very many other watch companies treating their customers in this fashion.

i have been getting to know george over the past year.........i consieder him a friend..........he is an awesome man with a true passion for his watches and the people that buy them.........he really cares about his customers, and he has proven it me, time and time again........make sure you let us know when you get it, i want to know how you like it.

George embodies the true customer is first and the customer is always right attitude! There are many companies that should adopt his attitude! He makes great watches and takes care of the customer. What more could you ask for??

I hear you on saving pennies. Up next will be the AutoPilot and Viperfish for me. What about you?

I have also gotten to know George well, since we live in the same state and have some other dealings going on right now. Anything that he puts out is going to be first class, just like the man himself!
