OK, I'm not an idiot, but I can sure imitate one. Read on.

I recently purchased a new Parnis watch through Manbushijie's E-bay store.

It was shipped on March 15. Well, I'm waiting and waiting for it to arrive and with some of my recent purchases it kind of slipped my mind. So, the other day I realize that it's been almost a month since it was shipped.

So I contact them and ask about my order. They responded that yes, it was shipped and should be arriving. They provided me with the tracking number.

Well, lo and behold, I come to find out that the watch had arrived on March 31. The mail-personnever left me a notice about the registered package so I was unaware that it was sittingat the Post Office. By the time I went to pick it up I was too late and it had already been returned to the sender.

I was kind of ticked. :WW

I contacted Manbushijie and explained what had happened, telling them that the package was coming back.I apologized about it and asked if it was possible for them to reship it when it arrived. I wasn't sure what to expect. I heard back from them today saying "No problem, we'll send out a new order to you". I was floored. I figured they would just say "too bad, stupid" but they didn't.

If everything works out OK and I get my watch (finally) I am going to have nothing but good things to say about Manbushijie. :l

Not so much about the post office.

I had a similar experience with some computer parts....the PO can really suck at times.....glad your issue looks like it is well on its way to getting resolved....I like to ship to work so there is somebody there to receive the watch just for cases like this.

Glad it's working out for you TC. I agree, I have bought various items from overseas and they (Manbushijie) are without question conscientious and good at what they do. They process and ship quicker and provide very good communication.

It seems to me from reading your story that your problem/issue is directly related to your massive watch purchasing making you forget previously purchased purchases, lol

My wife and I are so glad our mail no longer goes through the inept Humble Texas Post Office. We have had more items lost, not delivered in a timely manner, stolen, and anything else they could do to screw with our mail than any other Post Office I have ever seen. My wife has almost all of her cosmetics shipped to her, as she buys specially formulated cosmetics because of her skin allergies...and they are not cheap!!! She had items outright stolen by the delivery person....she was actually caught and arrested for stealing mail. Then they replaced her with another person who again...stole mail, actually left our neighborhood mail boxes unlocked....and did many other stupid things..until he was fired because everyone in our neighborhood got a petition together after one of the ladies video taped him leaving the area with our neighborhood box left wide open!!!:madd:madd:madd:madd



Our new neighborhood has a really good postal worker....he delivers the mail by noon to our street( And no more group mail box, we have a mail box at our new house) ...is nice...and actually came to our door after we moved in and introduced himself!!! He actually takes pride in doing a good job!!!! :c:c



I hope your new watch comes soon...it looks nice!!!

I was wondering when you were gonna post pics of it. Well that explains it...LOL I'm glad they took good care of you, hope you get it soon. And slow down on those purchases so you don't forget this time...LOL
