I got a new Seiko 5 today as a 4th of July present for myself, the SNKM95

It is my second Seiko 5, here are both of them:

My wife got me a belated Father's Day watch, the Seiko Men's SKX009K2 Diver's Automatic Blue Dial Watch

This gave me 9 watches, so I gave one to my son (a Timex Expedition that I replaced with a Timex Ironman). Here is my over stuffed watch box (the 4 watches to the right of the Deep Blue Sea Ram are all Seikos):

Looks like the next present is going to be a bigger watch case. I have always liked the Pepsi bezel Seiko divers.
Yes. Plus another watch winder. So I might get one that is like an 8 +4 case and winder combined.

Sharp Looking lineup you've got. Seiko is always solid. Congrats on your new additions

I look at a lot of watches online and in stores. Yet Seiko always seems to hit that sweet spot for me where design, function, and price intersect.

Fellow Freeks:
I own (or they own me) 6 Seikos.
Fave iteration is Seiko SRP 357 with 4R36.
I have 28 watches in my collection. The
SRP 357 is the most worn in the herd.

There's a lot of nice looking watches in the SRP line. Maybe next time...

I still have all of these watches. The red faced SNKM95 is still on it's original blue strap. A few months ago I needed to have it serviced, as it was not keeping time at all. It cost about $75 to service the $60 watch, but I love this watch and apparently it was a special edition for Amazon and is no longer available. So it was worth it. The SKX009 Pepsi is still a great watch on its original bracelet, no need to mess with perfection.

Meanwhile, I just replaced the strap on my green faced watch as the brown leather NATO was dying and it was barely getting any wrist time. I just got a Barton Gaucho leather strap for it and I love the feel and look.

Was thinking how amazing Seiko is Gary, and how each one of these
watches are exceptional really. 🤯🙂

They each bring their own unique personality to their watch style actually.
From the nicest of dive watches, to the most eye-catching of pilot's, and
military style. They just rock, and even more so with amazing straps like
this now !😮 Beautiful Gary, and thanks once again for the post !

A GIANT congratulations too !!!
