Default How to Cerakote

I really like this look, so I figured Id give it a try. I bought two cheap cool looking vintage pulsar dive watches of the same model off eBay so now I have one for parts if needed. My gun guy, who does beautiful cerakote work has agreed to give it a shot because the places Ive seen want a ridiculous amount of time and money to do it.

I know the case, case back, and crown all get cerakoted, and in my case, the bezel will too because its solid metal with no insert.

My questions are: do you also cerakote the inside of the case, and the area between the bezel and the watch, on both the bezel and the watch side? And do you cerakote it with the crystal and case back on, or off? I know its very thin, but I would think any coating on the threads or in those close tolerance areas might compromise the seals and gum up the threads.

Here is the watch I'm going to do it with:

I can't answer your questions, for that, I'm sorry. I would assume you stay away from threads and the inside. But that's is purely an assumption. Please, do keep us posted!
