This was the cheapest way into a 6 cylinder car. As an extra bonus I get that VR6 howl. I'm still in lust.

Speaking of your car, is today the day?

Yes, today. The car was on display in middle of the showroom when I arrived. I received a welcome pack with a voucher book, a bottle of champagne (do not drink it in the car ) and lot of empty complements about my excellent choice. The breaks still need some 'breaking in' (pun intended) because they still 'bite' a little but the car feels very good. The manual is a whopping 5 cm thick!

Looks like they've re-used that ribbon a time or two! Well I envy you with that new car feel and smell and the getting acquainted period. I've yet to own a vehicle with the power folding sideview mirrors and seemingly all auto companies have added them over the last couple of years. My vehicles are woefully obsolete sideview mirror-wise.

Exactly my thoughts when I saw that phoney ribbon! They could have dispensed with all the brouhaha and give me something I could use. E.g. the mudguards and protection foil I had to pay for!

You mean that Bentley Blower you own? Yes, I can imagine that came without power folding mirrors

It'd spoil the look, wouldn't it? And too late for protection foil.

Well at least they threw in the champagne. Nothing but the finest I assume . Though I wouldn't really know the difference truth be told.

Meh. Their own label. Who knows what swill it is. But it reads Champagne so it is champagne. I'm not too fond of the stuff. I like the sweeter varieties (Doux Americain) but all that Brut stuff is only fit to clean your breaks with A big pardon to Champagne connoisseurs, this was a poorly executed joke
