I helped a dear friend of mine, only 58 years old, with rapidly progressing Parkingson's disease pack up and move out of his home. He had to move because his house was too big for he and his wife(and her elderly father). They had to move to a one story home because he has a tendency to fall and they are afraid he would eventually fall down the stairs. In fact, while packing up items in his basement, he fell on the hard concrete floor, and I had to help him up. Luckily he was okay.

Very hard and emotional to see someone so young who was very active and outgoing battling this disease.

I spent the bulk of January curing Polio. I developed a vaccine that stems the Polio cells from replicating in patients blood stream. To date I have saved Tens of thousands of lives and have eradicated Polio from 3rd world countries. Oh, and also I have perfected Time Travel.

My wife and I usually take a bicycle ride every week. This day we stopped at a restaurant for breakfast. As we finished, and were leaving, a father and son rode up on their bikes for breakfast. Unfortunately, he forgot his wallet. My wife and I decided to pay it forward and we bought them breakfast. It really made us feel good!!

I notice the neighbors were carrying all their really heavy things from their house. They are moving into a home they purchased. I took my moving cart over and loaned it to them so they could wheel everything out. I would have helped them move but I am unable to do that physically. That is why I own the cart. They were very appreciative when they brought it back. Said I saved them both a trip to the chiropractor.

We were celebrating 3king day ''january6'' and my brother had this old, beat up watch on and asked him if he had any other watches, he said no so I took my ocean ghost of my wrist and gave it to him...His face was like a little kid when receiving a Christmas present.....

Yesterday while shoveling yet another 15+ inches of snow, I grabbed this little kid who was walking around in my parking lot about to get hit by someone trying to get out of their spot. He had his hood up and was just walking around and his mom wasn't paying attention.

I wasn't going to post this because I don't want any credit. But I thought it may help someone else that is struggling. I do this stuff to keep me sober and to help my fellow man.

Every year between Christmas and New Year's I go downtown in my city and bring clothes and thermos's of coffee for the gentle souls there. I did this even when I was messed up myself.

Jan.2 2011, I was driving back to my house from a long day downtown, I was at a red light and I saw a man that looked way far gone and was so drunk couldn't make it across the street. I parked and ran to help him, as I was doing so, I looked him in the face and it was a friend that I hadn't seen in years. I loaded him in to my Jimmy and home we went. I ran a bath, peeled the clothes off him, fed, and gave him a bed. For 2 weeks we sat and talked, all the while he was detoxing on my couch. I attend those meeting in church basements, so I brought him along to them. Longer story short, I found him a sober house to live in and a job 2 days a week, (dignity builder). I am glad to report as of today he is 25 days sober. God Bless him for the work he is doing. Warms the heart that he is in a much better place now. GIDDY up
