Got the equipment and disassembled my Bomber. Had a "fog" on the lens (not h20) I can't explain this , but it cleaned up very easy, a soft lens cloth and careful hands along with a clean work table helped. Re assembled and it works like a charm and now the inside is crystal clear. It was present from the start, you just had to tip the lens the right way to see it. Where it came from, is anyone's guess.
if it wasn't from H2O, then i would suspect something in the lubricating oils caused the "fogging"
the majority of the stuff you clean off the inside of your car windshield is actually from chemicals in the interior plastics evaporating (for lack of a better term).
