Default Zodiac Dragon Wing polished

When I got my Dragon Wing it had several scratches on the painted and brushed parts of the case an bracelet.

Took out the old Dremel and started polishing, I polished the lugs, brushed case sides and the whole bracelet.

Just thought I'd share this with you all. I'm curious to read your comments.
This is an option to choose for if your watch is in bad shape.

You did a good job as far as the polishing.

I owned a Dragon Wing 3 or 4 times over the past 5 years and it is one of Zodiacs best IMO.

Personally I think it looks better the original way it comes vs polished BUT that is just my opinion. You still did a good job cleaning it up.

One question. With a pad Could you have brushed the entire bracelet vs polishing it.

Great job! What type of bits did you use with your dremel? Did you use any polishing compound? I would like know your technique.

Could you list the steps and pads you used doing it. Every time I Dremel something - I ruin it!

The Dremel bit I used is the firm cotton one with a German polishing paste "Gundel Putz", a toothpaste like substance.

Very importnat is when you start polishing make sure to let the Dremel do the work, don't push to hard and be patient, take your time.

I agree it looks better the original way, but if the scratches are too bad this is a good option. Especially on the case.

@TVDinner:

If the removal of the bracelet wasn't such a PITA I would have considered brushing the bracelet totally. Could not get the bracelet off without damaging the lugs and case.

I think it gives it a blingy Breitling look... Which may or may not be a good thing... The thing about polishing out a brushed bracelet is that it would be nearly impossible to restore the original look.
