Default Removing a stem in an Omega

I have a vintage Omega machine that doesn't have a case, just the mechanism and dial that I want to move to a DeVille case that I have, which doesnt have a mechanism, but the problem is I can't remove the stem.
I dont know if is stuck or I tried the wrong screw, the screw I tried is the one marked in the photo, I was right or is the wrong screw or Omega have a different way to remove it?

Some phenomenal detective work Deketa, and great news ! Am imagining
how this will be in the new case, and how nice that would be.

Have to wish you good luck, and hope to see it later on down the road.
