Like most of us I cruise watchrecon, a couple times a week, if not daily, even when I dont have money to buy...LOL....

On a very consistent basis, every time I see a Stowa Seatime or Prodiver up for sale, I will click on it, and it is already sold, and sold with in 2-3 hours at best from the time it was listed.

It literally has to be one of the quickest resale watches out there. As soon as they go up, they are sold.

And they dont come up for sale all too often either.

One of these days, I will have to just grab one . I know they are a great watch, and never heard a bad thing about them.

Just a commentary by me is all, just how fast I see them sell.

Don bud you are dead on.....I've owned two. The first one below went up and I had the deal done within an hour. Then I traded it to get my Steelfish. Shortly after the 2nd Seatime popped up and I had acquired it within an hour of posting. Never to part with it his time. Just confirming your observations. Might be my fav watch of all time.

Seiko Sporks are another one, when I see them for any kind of decent price on WR they are always sold within a few mins it seems.

Very true, but that is cause they are discontinued, whereas the Stowa is very much still in production .

Good point, also I think I keep a closer watch on the Seiko because it more in my price range, the Seatime is awesome, but pricy.

One sold today for $800 , with both bracelet, rubber and an extra bezel.
Im not telling you what to buy, so please , I hope no one ever takes it that way, but I know I have to get one of these myself soon. I have seen them in person and they are amazing. Save up some money and if you see one, grab it. Worth every penny.

Always wanted to try one but they do seem to be far and few between used and the wait for new doesn't seem to be too fast either.

I have been looking at the Prodiver with a Rhodium dial since shortly after I ordered my Ikarus last fall. It only took 6 months to receive the Ikarus after they promised 3 but the workmanship is unbelievable at the price. My suspicion is you will get one quicker by buying used than ordering through Stowa if you are diligent in your search. If you don't want the frustration of hunting or you like your watch spanking new, order early, but do yourself a favor and get one!
