Default Oris Aquis Date OR Tissot Seastar?

Hello!

I am new to the forum and would like some help choosing my next watch. I wanted a divers watch that I can use with a suit everyday for work but yet use with a button down and jeans on the weekends. I am torn between Oris Aquis date (blue face rubber strap) OR Tissot seastar (black face w/ orange accent)
I have done so much research on both but still cant decide so any input would be appreciated. THANKS!

Oris of the two for me. Just like the overall look better. Wouldn't normally classify it as a dress watch. But I say where whatever watch your comfortable with unless the boss steps in. I have to dial back a little for my work. Apparently the orange isofrane is not appropriate for work. Lol.

Oris without question. It's on a different level than the Tissot IMO

That dark blue ceramic bezel on the oris is stunning.

Liking the color and overall dial design of the Oris over the Tissot.

Honestly, yeah, not even a contest. The Tissot is a nice watch, a good watch.

The Oris Aquis date with ceramic bezel, is a GREAT watch. Plus its rubber strap and ratcheting buckle clasp is the best strap/clasp combo currently out there.

I agree that the Oris is a runaway winner in this comparison. I do not think the Tissot is even in the same league. Go with the Oris and I think you will be happy for a long time.

If bankruptcy caused by excessive watch buying followed by living in a card board box is your best decision will remain to be seen Oris has become a great marque. Enjoy!
