I am about to purchase the Nite N-24 but there are very few reviews, does anyone own a Nite watch, are they any good, I like to Marathon GSAR but its a diver, want something for everyday use.

Well the GSAR is an auto. The Nite looks like a Luminox or Traser, sort of and at over $500.00 is much more than then two.

You can also get the TSAR for a little less.

I'd do some more research into the Nite. If you like it, buy it.

Sorry I can't help but I never came across the Brand.

Welcome to the forum......

I would safely say there are more Marathon watches owned by members here then Nite watches. I personally own a JSAR and it is a wonderful watch. I do not have any experience with the Nite brand. But based on popularity I'd say go with Marathon.

Tks input, going to buy the Nite now, but also going to buy GSAR later
Please report back on what you think about the Nite after you get it. I think the group would be interested to learn more about that brand.

Great to hear, I'd like to know what you think about it also.

Congrats.

I have not heard anything negative about the Nite watches, so I am interested in your feedback on the model also.

Personally I own a Marathon JSAR and love it. It is a beast of a watch and many of the Marathon models very easily could be an every day wearer.

Hi there, I recieved the Nite Nato 24 watch, U.k to Aussie post 6 days after ordering, it arrived in a very sturdy carboard type box, and was sent via registered post.
Watch Specs. Black PVD - Diameter 28 mm - Band type Black polymer - Crystal Sapphire triple anti-reflective - Movement Swiss Ronda 715li - Battery 10 years - CAse Diameter 42 mm - Case depth 14.8 - Crown screw type - MBS Yes - Water resistance 300 m - Gtls Hands dial and bezel.
Ive had the watch for a few weeks now, its a little heavier on the wrist than I imagined ( but then I have only ever owned cheap light throw away watches) however its not that heavy, that I find it uncomfortable.
The tritium lights up very well, whilst i wasnt sure about a polymer band: it is very comfortable.
The second hand also lines up with the second markers, not like some watches that go in between.
The Bezel itself is changeable, Nite having numerous other Bezels, such as Compass / dive etc.
The watch finish has a quality finish to it, main dial in military time ( 100 hrs ) outside Bezel normal time, allowing for time setting 2 time zones.
Over-all I am very pleased with the watch, and Nite the company. Next venture: A Marathon Watch.
I would have posted photos, but not sure how to do that.
Thankyou everyone for you input - Martin in AUssie

Marathon makes nice watches, but their prices keep increasing. The NASA model is affordable, it's not an automatic though.

Automatic watches are the trend now, I don't care what anyone says. You see more and more automatics out there, Omega makes mostly automatics now themselves.

Go Marathon.

I like that watch a lot, my only gripe is the inner bezel lume, wouldn't that be difficult to relume if you kept it a long time?
