ARE YOU ABLE TO simply change the title and put SOLD like we used to do on the old site?

If yes please do that.

I tried that and any editing I did to the thread title only showed up after opening the thread. I ended up PMing a moderator to move my sold items to the Finished Sale forum.

Did that James but as suspected the title change doesn't carry or show when one looks from thread list. Only shows when one opens the thread

Hey Brice,

Have another try and let me know the results.

EDIT: I just created a regular user account and tested it out. It should definitely work, but if it doesn't just let us know here.

Brice I just unlocked your Longines thread. See if you can edit the title.

Strange. Can you post a test forum in this section: https://www.watchfreeks.com/30-watches-sale-owner/

Try to change it after to sold. When you edit the thread, you have to go to advanced options and than you should be able to see it.

I will delete your test thread afterwards.

Thanks,

Mo

Done. And just like with the test threads from Saturday it worked :)

Yet on my three real sales threads from this week end and today it didn't.

Only differences are the real sales threads
- Have Photos and are longer
- were open for over a day...

Not sure what it is??

Should be good now. Try any other threads and change it back if you'd like.

Prefix was there on the Longines thread.
So what was the issue? :)

Yes,

It seems that the edit period for editing threads had a very short edit period placed for users.

That has been increased and now you can edit your sales threads with no problem! :)

I think after a certain period of time, it's not editable. I ran across this in the past.

The mods do a great job of removing the "Sold" items if they are marked as sold. We appreciate your assistance, as it helps us keep the board uncluttered with items that are already sold.
