Default Incoming... Ocean7... Omega Wannabe...

Just posted this in TVDinner's thread and thought I would throw it in here...

This one is actually in the mail...

Wanted to try it on for size before even considering the real McCoy!

(Along with a couple of others..., I like to give the postal folks some job security)

I like em big:
Your user name pretty much describes your watch choices.
Looks like a darlin watch. What are the demensions? 50mm?
Smaller? Graham sells a watch with a thingamajig on them.
Not a big watchguy anymore. Morphed into a 44mm kinda
guy.

Yeah Lou... in this case particularly! It's listed as 55 x 42 x 17mm... I just hope it's big enough!

Thanx!

All small wristed WF's need not apply!!!!
Does the crown dig into the top of the wrist?

Oh, Helson, why did you discontinue the Sharkmaster 600? Back to the OP: a stunning watch! Not your average Sub clone and a substantial piece. Omega's own re-edition is somewhat slick and most certainly out of my reach.

Thanx Lou! Because I am left handed (wearing my watch on the right wrist), this is only my second "Destro" and possibly because of the large crown protectors, etc..., it does dig into my wrist. I will have to use if for awhile and see how we get along. I would really hate to give this one up! The other one I have is, of course, a completely different design and even though it is a chrono, I don't notice it. Even though, it is a large watch as well.

I like em BIG:
How bad can this piece be in comparison to the Russian Diver?
With those "canteen" crown covers. And that little bitty chain
that runs ya nuts rubbing the top o yer wrist. That's like a hoss
fly on yer skin!

Please bequeath me this watch to me in your last will when you
go to that Basel World in tha sky.

ILeB - I agree; that looks perfect on you. So, are you going for Omega's modern version of the PloProf next?

Thanx! Man, I don't know if I can live with that Destro crown on my right wrist! I certainly wouldn't turn down an original, though!

I’ve had my eye on those for a while but wondered if I’d ever wear it... Very cool looking no doubt!

You know, I find it quite surprising..., I find myself wearing it a lot, like today!
