Well, this actually came two days ago.

I've been waiting for someone to put up some pictures of theirs first.

Oh well.

I tried to resist this one, being the holidays and all.

Even though there were two things working against me, the great deal and it's a Hamilton that I like.

Then, the worst thing in the world happened, I got paid.

Oh well, easy come, easy go. :%

Anyway, this is a real nice piece. Nothing real fancy or complicated, just a nice looking mechanical ETA 6497 wrist watch.

The usual Hamilton fit and finish. The strap is padded leather with the "H" buckle. The color is really nice, a dark brownish/oxblood with white stitching. Kinda rich looking.

The dial has a nice military look with lumed numbers and hands.

I saw one of these awhile back at the dealer's. I liked it then, too.

Pictures?

Sure.

See.

And on the wrist.

I'm a sucker for handcrankers. This is a really nice piece. I went with the Mr. Rebates deal so that made the price even better. Whoo-hooo.

I will be happy to add this to my Hamilton family.

Thanks for looking.

So nice. I was wondering when someone would post one after we all talked about it in the Daily Deal thread.

Really nice holiday gift to yourself

Very nice TC. Thanks for posting some pics. I haven't had time to do the same. I wore mine yesterday after it arrived and I have to say it's a fantastic watch. As I mentioned in another thread. I love the ticking sound that comes from this movement even though it reminds me of the introduction to the television show, "60 Minutes" LOL!!!

Rob, these Hamiltons can get quite addicting at these prices. It's almost foolish to pass them up.

Enjoy yours, too.

I couldn't agree more. Even after deciding that I wouldn't buy another this year I just had to have this one at the silly price they are selling for.

Every once in a while Ashford has some great deals. I got my X-Wind from them for around $420. Brand new. It's a good site to keep an eye on.

Let's get this straight. :%

I only hang around the NBZ.

I never really actually go in it. :%

I mean, what's the point. :l
