Default How long to demagnetize

I purchased a cheap degausser from amazon

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...productDetails

Unfortunately, no instructions or listings of strength of field, etc.

Anyway, I have no idea how long to leave my watch on the degausser. Anyone have experience? Advice? Wise cracks?

Rob

Thanks Marc!

Thats the second time in the past week I have missed out on information because I prefer to read than watch videos!

I guess I must learn new ways.

It was a pertinent question. I just wonder why no instructions came with the machine. I learned something else. Using the compass is a confirmation

I almost did this with my Bressel.... Which was returned.

All good stuff.
