Default New Yema Superman GMTs

Had seen these not too long ago. Not sure if you guys did, or not.

It's Yema's new Superman GMTs with their 39mm stainless steel cases,
domed sapphire crystals, 300m WR, black dials with Super-LumiNova C1
coated hands, and markers, multiple color aluminum diver's bezels with
bezel lock system, ETA 2893-2 automatic movement, and steel bracelets.

A few pics for you...

A Blog To Watch, and Yema with much more...

so....
its an expensive steinhart?

i mean, its cool....but the steinhart GMT is half the price and the exact same specs, including the ETA movement.

just not seeing $1500 here. i guess you can throw "limited edition" on something, make a small number of them, double the price, and people will bite.

heck, you could get a GMT Squale for less.

nothing really original or special, excluding the limited run, that makes me believe this is a $1500 watch. im sure it will sell out though. they always seem to.

Beautiful watches for sure! ... I do see where Mr. Medic is coming from though... what it really boils down to: Too many watches, not enough time or money!

I'm in agreement here. I like the domed crystal but the rest is been here, done that. Not a fan of split colored bezels either. So I'll be taking a pass on these.

What's that goofy looking cut out thingy hanging down from the crown onto the bezel?

Its a bezel lock that works in concert with the crown. Supposed to help you remember to screw down the crown before you dive, swim or whatever and lock the bezel in place. I agree... Looks goofy.

I love the dimensions, crystal, and hands. I almost purchased a Steinhart, but they use the Rolex style hands..
I would pay a thousand dollars more to have a watch with regular hands...

Yup, it's always seems to be the case with so many watches guys.
The price works as a big wet blanket ! You guys are so right, and
I always try to imagine these watches being around a quarter, or a
third the price. Or that they should be that I mean.

Half the price would still be very high.

Even with the bezel lock !

Perhaps a bit negative here but that "bezel lock" manages to look cheesy while also being a dust and dirt trap.
