Default Ocean one 42mm rose gold

The pair of steinhart watches I ordered for me and my wife arrived today.
We both got rose gold, her in the 39mm version and mine In 42mm. I will make a post for the 39mm iteration when I get off work if anyone is interested. I disliked having to cut the rubbet strap to fit it with the butterfly clasp. I would have preferred an option for a tang buckle. That being said, the supplied rubber strap is very comfortable.
This isnt the first steinhart i have owned so I was familiar with the quality. Its definitely something different for me, which is what I was going for.

Overall, i like it. Never owned a rose gold colored watch before so this has been an experience. I really like the raised markers on the ceramic insert, and the black dial, insert, and band go well with the rose gold.
I definitely like the endlinks, which the 39mm version does not have. (But it DOES have a tang buckle, which I would rather have on mine)
The butterfly clasp is nice though, and the big steinhart logo when closed looks good.

Medic:
Last gold watch I owned was the 10k gold filled Hamilton 992b
And it was a pocketwatch I wore working on the RR.
Haven't bought another. I got on the stainless steel train. 316 in
most cases. Lusting for a bronzie one o these days.

Oh neat WM, and Happy Anniversary once again to you guys !!
Whoa, are these watches exceptional? Or what?! Boy oh boy, the
design itself is sensational, but then the rose gold really does
kick up the 'wow' factor, and make every detail seem even more
dynamic !

Love the contrasts, and way the bezel, dial, strap, and clasp team
up, and how about the case-back? Incredible !

Enjoy sir, and dueling huge congrats to the both of you once again !!!

Seems to have a bronzy hue to it - probably the way the light catches it. Have fun

It actually does look bronze like...
Might inspire me to get a bronze watch. Never had one of those before either

Sellita movement seems pretty accurate.
