Good afternoon. I was in the staff meeting and heard the call. Max, a temp was very polite and asked if we could take your name and number and call you back. Then as he continued to speak he was Hung up on. I am truly sorry for the horrible condition your watch showed up in and will take it up with Amazon if you could give me your order number. Amazon is a reseller of our product amd once in a while will make a mistake. If you are familiar with our brand at all you will know that we will certainly make it right whether this is our issue or Amazon's. Please feel free to reach out to my personal cell phone at 314-368-8621 so I may be of further service.

I hope you will take the time to call.

Best regards,

Good for you Tony. If nothing else, you may have gained new fans with your response. Well done.

Since this one is open again I will add this -

The member on this forum who works directly for the brand has responded and offered to help you, which they don't have to do since this seems to be Amazon's issue (or the shipping company). In addition it seems they will contact Amazon for you if I am reading the post above correctly.

If you hung up on the employee at their offices that is your issue for not allowing yourself to be helped in your situation. I fully understand how frustrating it can be to receive anything damaged or less then you expected. But in this case you seem to have some assistance available to you - mainly because you joined this forum and posted.

I hope you take advantage of this assistance being offered by the brand. It would make sense to contact Tony directly since he did post a phone number for you to use.
Why has this been so blown out of proportion?

I don't want anything from Reactor. There is nothing to offer and you make it sound as though they are doing me a favor. I'm not looking for anything!!

I realize the damaged goods are an Amazon issue and that has been dealt with.

This just had to do with answering the phone in a polite way. when one calls ANY customer service one doesn't expect to be connected to a staff meeting LOL. When I was told to give my number and I'd be contacted later I found that to be end of conversation so I hung up. But it was implied that I was being rude to them!

Anyway this is a waste of time and I never expected it to be so twisted as it has become.

The End
OK - then let's move on.

What other watches do you own or like. I would be interested to hear about your collection.

I broke my crystal ball last month. Like I knew it was an accident. I was never angry at Reactor and I have come to expect stupidity by Amazon.

Buy you? Yea I can see myself being really pissed off at you. But your just typed words and don't really exsist.

Hope u get the help you so desperately need document.write('');

Just for the record I hung up on Reactor CS as I thought the conversation was over. Period.

Now close this
So you hung up on them because they said they were in a meeting and will call you back.

Don't make it sound like I slammed down the phone. That ended the conversation, I wasn't going to interrupt so I hung up. How polite can you say "hung up"? Let's see, I ended the call.
Holy why are you having a hard time with this?

Closed....

You started off angry. No idea why.

When I tried to calm you down and be helpful, you too offense to it, and started calling me condescending.

I hope that your issue gets resolved, and you find the watch that is right for you.

All you want to do , is argue. If you look back at how you started this thread, maybe you will see, why it took the turn that it did.

Thread officialy closed.

Bulover:
I've only been stiffed once on an online buy from the "Zon".
And it wasn't even the Zons fault. It was those folks at USPS
(aka Snail Mail).
Lost a watch I ordered. Fell smack dab into the postal Black
Hole.
Contacted the Zon and they sent a duplicate watch, next day
delivery!!

Moral to be learned? Always order Next Day Delivery.

WF's:
I own Reactors (2)
Luv their watches. Reactor CS? Not so pretty much.

CS makes promises they don't fullfill.

BTW. One of the Reactors was bought based on a Heads
Up from a moderator on this Forum. Many thanks to our
Moderators.
