How cool is that?

Don't own one, yet.

So the discount is appreciated and, quite possibly, useful!!

I owned an Aircraft 8 for a couple of months and then sold it to a member here on Watch Freeks. It was one of the nicest watches that I have ever owned. The movement in it was within COSC specs and I particulary loved the A/R coated sapphire crystal. I only sold it because I had to raise some funds. I miss it and plan on purchasing another Debaufre in the future. Great contest and good luck to all those that enter it.

I have owned many watches before becoming an owner of a Debaufre Aircraft 8, and it is the first(of the 47 watches I own)that comfortably hugged my wrist from the very first moment. Many watches need a break-in period...not this bad boy!!
By far and away the classiest watch I own, which still looks amazing whether it's worn with jeans or a suit.
My next Debaufre WILL be a Triton.

I own an original Triton and love it.  Great case design and overall fit and feel.  My favorite dive watch in my collection.  The watch has fantastic lume and the dial layout including the shapes and colors of the hands is fantastic.  Would recommend a Debaufre to anyone period.  Great watch.  Can't wait to own another Debaufre and maybe a newer model Triton.  I modded this bad boy and it looks better than any diver on the market with a mesh bracelet imo.

I went on a trip to NY to meet up with a very good friend of mine. Being a watch collector himself he was wearing a Debaufre Ocean 1 GMT with the Pepsi bezel. I loved the look but was skeptical about the size. Andrew is a fair bit smaller than I am so when he told me the watch was 42mm I thought that there was no way I could pull off a watch that size. Once I had it on my wrist that was all it took, the watch has a fit like a 44mm watch, I actually put it on my wrist right beside my Invicta Scooby and the Debaufre looked to be bigger. Within no time I was the proud owner of my very own Debaufre Ocean 1. I can't say enough about the fit and finish and the accuracy is absolutely stupid. When it's on the wrist my watch is +1 second per day. How can you ask for anything more from a watch, great looks and a great movement. Here are some pics of my Ocean 1.

Thanks very much Audrey, between my Breitling and the Debaufre all of my other watches are starting to feel pretty lonely. I think my Breitling is also feeling the pain, I have had this watch on the wrist almost every day since it's arrival.

I was at the PA GGT last November. Scott aka srebo70, his wife Gail, Linda and myself were hanging out together the night before.  Scott brought up some of his watches and he had the 47 MM Nav B.  Love at first site, LOL.  So when Scott let me know that a member of another forum had one up for grabs, I pounced on it!! It is the 44mm version, but I actually like the size better than the larger version. Strap is awesome and the 6497 movement purrs like a kitten.  I will be purchasing more Debaufre timepieces in  the future.  One of my favorites of over 200 pieces in my collection.

OK, ok. Here's the real story of this acquisition.  I was sitting in a restaurant. This guy was sitting near me and I noticed he was wearing this Debaufre timepiece.  I waited for him to finish his meal, pay his tab and leave the restaurant.  I followed him and when the time was right ................ I pounced on him, knocked him to the ground, took his Debaufre and fled.  As I was running, I heard someone say ............. "Look!!!  Somebody beat up Mel Gibson and left him lying in an alley!!!"   It was then that I knew I'd keep the timepiece. :%:%:%:%:%

That does look very nice!  I like what you have done with it.  It looks very comfortable to wear on the wrist with that bracelet too, is it?

I can't wait for you to own the newer Triton if you want it too, I posted info about an amazing sale going on right now on that one. Hopes that helps!

Your photos and posts are great and I think stand an excellent chance as one of the winners in the contest!

Best,

Audrey

Okay Wolfy boy, I will tell the truth on how I came to acquire my Debaufre. Two weeks ago I was abducted by aliens, they took me up to their ship where I was poked and prodded. The examined me thoroughly which was very painful. After they finished with me one asked what I do down on earth and what I do in my spare time, I told them that I'm a male dancer and that I collect watches as a hobby.

Feeling sorry for what they put me through they gave me a Debaufre Ocean 1 GMT with a Pepsi bezel. I asked how they knew I wanted that particular watch and one of them said that they monitor everyone on earth.

They then sent me back home where I am now enjoying the watch they gave me, I still think it was worth it in the long run considering what I received.
