An update on our fascinating new collection Naviator™

I heard from our Swiss plant yesterday that they are not going to be able to meet the November deadline. I have asked them for a reasonable timeframe when they will be ready and still waiting for a response. Once I receive it I will update the store with a new expected date. I am very sorry this has taken so long but it is the Swiss market and is out of my hands. If I were having one of the 300+ China makers make it like many others it would of been ready by now but we have decided to go all Swiss for this collection. The quality we are after rivals Breitling at not those others to give our customers pride of ownership.

In the meantime, we are constantly working on expanding our brand and bringing in new dealers from around the world, as well as creating more brand awareness and PR to increase your investment. We have also already taken steps to make the pre-order process just a month in the future!

A reminder, we are including a special gift (or two) for those that been waiting as we know how badly you want to wear your new precision masterpiece. We too can't wait!

Just gotthis reply from Curtis, and although i appreciate any news...

Stølås Watch Co. Yes still waiting. Now movements...... Yes we are waiting. Movements in delay now. I must say, if I could start over I would do it all in house and screw the other companies. The next Harbormasters will be....

And the waiting continues...Thanks Curts for keeping me in the loop.

Did he keep you in "the loop" or did you have to inquire with him for updated info?

I asked him on FB, so actually I harrased him for an update...still, at least he answered. Better than just erasing my question...

I guess I just don't understand their watch 'business'.

I finally recieved my refund for my Naviator deposit money (minus money for the stupid "Ball Call" t-shirt, which was promoted as a free with pre-order offer). To me that is just straight up insulting. :madd

After over a year of un-met deadlines & poor customer service they charged me for the promotional t-shirt! As if I would have bought one of those t-shirts if I wasn't going to buy the watch...

I was a fan of the company & the people behind it...not any more. Now, I've lost all my faith in the ability of Stolas Watch Company to deliver what they promise.

I have to conclude that they don't give a rat-crap about the people who are their customers.

I'm done with Stolas. I encourage anyone who has money toward a watch from them to claim your refund quickly. There is no telling what b.s. will happen next.

Arnie called them out on this along time ago here in another post. You are right, Arnie, Enough is Enough.
