I'll start -

Watching a friend's band perform, while I run his light show, while drinking hopefully my 6th or 7th Bombay Sapphire Gin and Tonic of the night.

FYI - Bombay uses Sapphire AND NOT Flame Fusion, lol

Staying my ass in the house. A few drinks, some good food, and movies. Now I'm done!

Cool, James- be safe, bro! It's my wife's night on- she's a nurse and they rotate holidays, so it will just be me and my little man. We are going to see Avatar, so we're pretty excited. We'll give Mom a call at midnight, tell her how much we love her, then hit the hay!

My wife and I have never been big New Years Eve party people. Too many nuts out on the roads and too many people over doing it. We are invited to a neighborhood party this year and may stop in to say hello. I like to go out for a nice early dinner and then a quite evening at home. Maybe a movie and then watch the ball fall and go to sleep.

My Sister is hosting a New Years Party. It's about 3 miles away.

I don't like being out on the streets on New Year's Eve.

We used to call it amateur night (the REAL drunks wouldn't be caught out driving, this night).

I will stay home, slam a few Liquid Cocaines, 2 or 3 Supermans and then Unload 2 clips of the 45 in the air at about 10:30 and then go to bed like always!

If I have had that many shots you damn right I am going to sleep at 10:30. Not much of a drinker. I might tone it back, drinking and shooting a gun isnt the smartest damned thing anyways!:%

Our plans were to have dinner & enjoy the festivities with our closest friends but, it appears our evening is morphing into my birthday celebration as well...I'm not supposed to know but, they neglected to remove my address from emails forwarded..:whatever:

I usually try and sleep New Years away

i have always hated NY's and try and sleep

maybe because i am a January Birthday and it reminds me that i'm getting older

anyways last couple of years we stay home and the kids wake me up at 11:45 to watch the ball drop - i play grumpy as Ebineezer (Scrooge) and then lighten up

Well, New Year's is no biggie for us so we usually stay home and relax and we both usually fall asleep before midnight. This year we may get together with some friends but I also hate being on the roads that night!

Happy New Year's to all and may the new year bring everyone everything they hoped for!
