 I would imagine that as long as you seat the O-ring in its groove properly (relatively easy to do ) and you are careful to torque the screws down so as to not cross thread or tighten them unevenly, there should be no problems.  Seemed to go quite smooth for me.

I like a nicely engraved caseback but the squid doesn't do it for me... Exhibition in this case since the movement has a decorated rotor...
