Have they improved the lume? I had the dlc version and it was one of the worst lumes I have ever owned. Shame cause the rest was pretty cool. Seems to be a brand thing though I have had three now although the Ocean44 was better was still disappointing.

The lume is actually not bad.  Although not near as good as my Deep Blues of course.  I can tell the time very easily through the night so it is not to bad.

Thanks,

Don

I like Steinhart "original" designs.
The five link bracelet matches the watch well.

Very nice piece!! I just started checking them out as I saw Oceanictime's post on FB. Where do you buy them new, from their site? Gotta go a euro to $ conversion to see what they end up being. Thought the rate was 1 euro is about $1.25. Didn't understand the VAT.

In the US we don't pay VAT so you can ignore that.
I've purchased my Steinharts from the Gnomon website. Check them out.

Great pics. "if we don't mind" you can seldom add to many pics, that watch is sweet! If i were a bet'n man i'd lay money on it look'n just as fine if You spit Your Cope on it; probably not quite as comfortable though.
Yeah i love that that blade too, i've lost three of same; i gave up, holding out for a deep pocket clip next.
