Just found this new Orient watch called the Disk while surfing around. Wanted
to pass the info along, and show them to you. Some of you may already have
known about them, but it was the first time I had seen them. Longislandwatch
has a couple of the models. One has a black IP stainless steel 41.5mm case, and
bracelet, with orange markers, a changing rotating disk hour hand, blue mineral
crystal exhibition case-back, Orient 21 jewel movement, and more. ..While the
other model has a brushed stainless steel case, and bracelet, with changing blue
rotating disk hour hand, green mineral crystal exhibition case back.

There also seem to be a few more versions of the Disk at the Orient site with
one being black IP, and green, and two others having leather straps with one
being stainless, and one being gold plated stainless steel.

Here are the links below where these watches were found, and you can visit

to learn more. ..Have any opinions about them?

I like the concept ... not so crazy about the execution.

I had one and flipped it. Looked good in the pictures, but not my style in person.

At just over $300, I am seriously considering purchasing one for Christmas. I'll let you know what I think.

It is unlike anything I have ever seen, and I like it for its unique concept.  The closest comparison to function that I can think of is Ressence.  This watch costs much less.  It does, however, have the feel of a toy watch, which I also like.
