Got my replacement Bezel Ring from Zenton watches today. Shipped from Hong Kong(fast service about 12 days from contact) no charge from new Customer Service Rep Jurgen. Michael is no longer with Zenton. I was swimming earlier this month and Bezel fell off in the Ocean. I had posted this earlier! A POINT OF INTEREST ZENTON USES A GASKET LIKE TAPE TO ATTACH BEZEL RING TO THE BASE BEZEL AND CASE. This might cause some problems if you are doing any serious time with your watch in the water. I had used mine for about 10 swims of about 20 minutes each and on the last swim the Bezel ring was gone. I am going to consult jewler on getting a strong lock so I do not lose replacement Bezel Ring. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM JURGEN IN HONG KONG THANKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have waterproof loctite but am not sure what is the standard way to secure Bezel Ring ANY FEEDBACK IS APPRECIATED!!!!!

Why would Zenton use a tape, that fails in water, to hold the bezel in place on a dive watch? Amazing

Well interesting to know how they attach the bezel...and a little wierd.. I wonder how many other companies do this. But glad they took care of you and fast, that is the way CS should be.

So the complete bezel did not fall off, just the insert? From the pics of the watch I've seen the bezel rotates. It could not do that if it was held on with tape.

Before reading this I have ordered a Zenton V45. I'll have it delivered for this Monday. But, from your experience, turns out that the build quality isn't great at all.

Your locktite idea should work fine (but possibly messy), or you could use an industrial adhesive like Jake B supplies here: http://www.10watches.com/apps/webstore/products/show/47569 I've used it on various Seiko's and never had a problem after getting them in the water.
