I've been waiting for this Magrette for months. I'm a sucker for a pretty face. Especially when it comes on a chronograph. So when Dion introduced this one, I knew I had to order one.

The black PVD is so very shiny It's difficult to photograph , but believe me, it's a gorgeous watch with a fantastic looking movement.

IMHO Dion has produced another winner. Just like the All Blacks.

First the specifications:

MODEL: MOANA PACIFIC CHRONOGRAPH PVD
MOVEMENT: SEAGULL TY-2901 (ST1901) HAND-WIND CHRONOGRAPH (BASED ON THE VINTAGE VENUS 175) WITH METAL MOVEMENT HOLDER.
CASE DIAMETER: 44MM EXCLUDING THE CROWN
CASE FINISH: PVD, BRUSHED SIDES, POLISH FINISH ON TOP.
BEZEL: BLACK CERAMIC WITH ETCHED MARKINGS.
CROWN: SCREW DOWN CROWN AND PUSHERS.
CRYSTAL: SAPPHIRE (DOUBLE DOMED), AR COATING.
DIAL AND HANDS: SUPER LUMINOVA C3
WATER-RESISTANCE: 500M/1650FT WATER RESISTANT

STRAP: 24MM CHOCOLATE BROWN LEATHER.
BUCKLE: BRUSHED
VINTAGE STYLE ROLL CASE: CANVAS
LIMITED EDITION: 1000 PIECES

Then a few pictures:

Congrats and the All Black's definitely deserve something in their honor. A beauty.

I think as a tribute watch honoring The All Blacks (greatest rugby team in history out of New Zealand), I think it must be predominantly black. They could have put some white detail on the bezel to match the dial, but all in all a every nice looking watch.

I'm tempted to "fill in" the bezel sometime in the future.:b

That might just enhance this already beautiful watch even more. Congrats and wear in good health.
